Empathy is an internal app for 13.000 Turkish Airlines staff around the world. According to our brief of "keeping all TK staff in touch, connected and interacted" we created an id encrypted portal that can be used for almost all purposes by TK staff. 


What to do with Empathy?

All TK staff can get the updated news about their community, benefit from the recent campaigns. Besides these, they can buy and sell stuff, complete online surveys to improve themselves and the company, join or create an event or join the prize winning quizes and online games created just for them.


Adaptive Design

As the TK staff can use the platform on smart phones and tablets, they can reach to the Empathy portal on the desktop screens easily. Widening the Turkish Airlines' world?  Done!
